By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments changed with at least 24 hours' notice may have the deposit transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require additional payment before future appointments can be reserved. No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not provided appropriate notice, a 40% no-show fee will apply.
